Types of Membership
NACCED has two categories of members: Regular Members which include urban, suburban and rural county agencies and HOME consortia that administer community development, affordable housing, and/or economic development programs; and Associate Members which include nonprofit organizations, state associations of counties, private firms, private individuals and city government agencies in the community and/or economic development field.

All members are encouraged to join NACCED’s committees. NACCED serves its members through its standing committees, five permanent groups that work on specific issue areas or toward developing services to members and building the organization. The issue-oriented committees are Community Development, Economic Development and Housing. The service-oriented committees are Membership and Program Support.
