Track 1:

1:30 PM-5:00 PM: Technical/Educational Training –Telling Your HUD CPD Grants Story Using IDIS – Rob Sronce, Lead Senior Consultant, ZoomGrants

Correct and current data entry in IDIS is one of the most important ways HOME and CDBG grantees can communicate the impact of these programs. Learn how to effectively demonstrate accomplishments and progress towards goals in IDIS, and how to use built-in reports to extract and present the data in IDIS. We'll look at effective reporting beginning with the Consolidated Plan -- including the eCon Planning suite, all the way through to the annual CAPER. This workshop will also discuss what information grantees should be collecting, and available tools to reduce the data collection burden. This session will allow for plenty of Q&A time and peer to peer discussion so come prepared to share.
