HOME Investment Partnerships Program

This one-day course is an introduction to the HOME Program and is designed for new county staff members. It includes basic topics of general program requirements, income eligibility, CHDO activities and the four tenure types: homebuyer, homeowner rehabilitation, rental housing, and tenant-based rental assistance. This course will also include demonstrations of available HOME program resources on the HUD Exchange website.

About the Presenter

Ms. Moraille is a Principal with ICF, a national technical assistance provider to HUD. She has worked with HUD’s Housing Counseling program over the last several years and has over 20 years of professional experience in HUD’s Community Planning and Development (CPD) programs, including HOME, the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. She is the author of many training courses and has managed the grading and scoring team for HOME certifications.
