CDBG BasicsThe Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Basics is a live, online training series that is designed specifically for community development practitioners at the local level. This course is meant as a back-to-basics presentation for new CDBG practitioners and can be a refresher for managers. This webinar series will share the latest information on the background of the program, national objective compliance, eligible activities, housing and other common activities (e.g., public services, facilities, etc.). This training will address cross cutting requirements, including an overview of what is essential to know about the latest rules covered under the CDBG program. Presented by ICF. CDBG-DRThe Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) is a live, online training series that is designed specifically for community development practitioners at the local level, including grantees who have had recent allocations under the Consolidated and Universal Notice. This course is meant as a presentation for new CDBG-DR practitioners and can be a refresher for managers; however, a baseline knowledge of CDBG is strongly recommended (see NACCED course earlier in the month, CDBG Basics).
